Playing our Part for New Zealand
Communities are the lifeblood of New Zealand and at Bayleys we are proud supporters of many local schools, sports teams and not for profit organisations across the country. It's a strong part of our culture and values - it's what we do!
Supporting and giving back is not just important to us, it's imperative. Last year we raised over $1.5 million and participated with more than 300 organisations, spending hundreds of hours supporting the communities that support us.
We loved every minute of it and we continue to make a difference locally and nationally through the Bayleys Foundation.

An important part of Bayleys values is giving back to the communities in which we operate. Bayleys has a strong history of supporting hundreds of community organisations, schools, sports teams, cultural events, and not for profit charities across the length and breadth of New Zealand.
Through the Bayleys Foundation, Bayleys is committed to finding innovative ways to support the communities we are part of, and making a true positive difference in New Zealanders' lives.
Part of The Community for Over 40 Years
While owning and operating one of New Zealand's best known real estate companies for the past 43 years, the Bayley family has taken a philanthropic approach to assisting New Zealanders.
As part of the Bayley company ethos, both the Bayley family and the brand have encouraged all Bayleys staff nationwide to participate and care about supporting the communities they work in.

Regional Charitable and Not-for-profit Organisations
Annually we take part and support more than 300 charitable and not-for-profit organisations regionally – and donate over $1.5 million to those organisations in need of support.
Equally important is that we support those events with the time and resources of our people.
